26, 1946 - Obituary notice of her death in Fairfax, California, the previous
Saturday night. Services to be held at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in
Carson City, Nevada, with burial to follow at Lone Mountain Cemetery, Carson
City, Nevada. She was born in Quebec, Canada, and then moved to Carson
City where she married the late Arsene Malo in 1888 who at the time of his death in
1926 was employed by the Virginia & Truckee Railroad. |

Rickey Testifies in Will Contest" - Widow of Nevada Banker Denies Testimony of
Contestants As To Life. The children and grandchildren of the famous
Cattle King of Nevada charged that the second wife exerted undue influence upon
him which resulted in their exclusion from his large estate. The widow
prevailed. |

and her keen humor brought gasps and finally laughter in which even Superior
Judge Lincoln S. Church joined. |
